It covers all roads and postcodes associated with the Association, and it is updated weekly with planning application information. This groundbreaking web service, provided by Geoff James of Local Planning Apps, offers a customized website for Residents’ Associations in the UK. Currently, it reports on planning applications and appeals for Croydon and Bromley councils and is utilized by multiple Croydon Residents’ Associations. Access it through the CVRA website or Local Planning Apps site, (http://www.localplanningapps.co.uk/mainsite/clients.html) and selecting our dedicated CVRA link.

- Lists all Roads and Post Codes in the CVRA area.
- Allows search by individual address, post code, or road with a count of results.
- Provides access to individual planning applications.
- Offers up to 6 years of history.

- Includes a helpful guide on the first screen.
